MATERIAL

We provide a range of industry leading materials including coated PVC /PVDF Coated Fabrics, PTFE fabrics, and High-Density Polyethylene HDPE, all are available in several colors and GSM. Every tensile material is virtually maintenance-free and when under tension or in the tensile state, these fabric offer durability and fire retardant to meet building codes. We offer many tension fabric options and recommend brands from Serge Ferrari, Sioen and Mehler high-performance textiles that are completely designed for tensile structures. Below are typical fabrics used in tensile Structure.

FABRICS | PVC

PVC Coated Polyester-Low Cost, multi-purpose fabric that's good for each permanent and temporary structure. PVC Fabric with PVDF topcoat self-cleaning lacquering layer for improved UV illumination resistance. These PVC materials are most ordinarily utilized in the construction of tensile structures. PVC Fabric is chosen not just for its excellent strength, flexibility, and translucency, however additionally for its spectacular Service lifetime of 25+ years. PVC cloth is especially used for dramatic type in tensile cloth structures, but its wide selection of colors and quality for printing additionally makes it ideal for banners. as a result of PVC cloth can be folded, it's appropriate for each temporary and retractable structures.

FABRIC | PTFE

PTFE, or polytetrafluoroethylene, is a Teflon-coated woven fiberglass membrane that is extremely durable and weather resistant. PTFE-coated fiberglass is a low maintenance material which is perfect for extensive complex structures with a 30+ Year Service life Its elasticity is exceptionally amazing and it doesn't end up fragile or stain with age.

PTFE-coated fiberglass is completely chemically inert and resistant to moisture and micro-organisms. Rain on the Teflon outer layer cleans it – every time. Once installed, PTFE-coated fiberglass fabric is actively bleached by UV light, which gives the effect of a lasting bright white appearance.

FABRIC | ETFE FOIL

Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) film is durable, highly transparent and very lightweight in comparison to glass structures. ETFE is considered the material of choice, from traditional skylight applications to long span structures and building facades. Few building materials can match ETFE for its impact or presence when you want a structure that stands out from the crowd. Its lifespan is over 25+ years and it has excellent weathering properties. ETFE film, conventionally used in agricultural applications such as greenhouses or for the coating of solar cells, has since demonstrated its worth in the architectural sector as well. ETFE can be clear, tinted with color or fritted where a pattern is printed on the surface to reduce light transmission. It is unaffected by UV light, atmospheric pollution and other forms of environmental weathering.

FABRIC | PVC MESH

The PVC-coated mesh is weaved during fabrication, resulting in increased tensile strength. This enhanced tensile material offers architects and building owners greater versatility during the design phase of project development, diminishing concerns about fabric compatibility and size. PVC-coated mesh has been designed for flat surface applications, lending itself to exciting graphics image printing possibilities for commercial projects and more.PVC Mesh fabric can be used for interior solar shading and managing sunlight and glare in atriums or in spaces with large glazed walls. With excellent fire ratings and easy maintenance, this fabric has many applications from blinds and sunscreens to sails, suspended kites, and rafts. It's also available in a variety of colors.

FABRIC | LYCRA

Lycra is a synthetic fiber known for its exceptional elasticity. It is stronger and more durable than natural rubber. The chief characteristic of Lycra is its ability to stretch several times its size and return to its original shape. It's also lightweight, durable, easy to install & cost effective fabric which can be used in many areas and application includes exhibition, Events and interior architectural structures. Lycra is an adaptable fabric which can be digitally printed also and is available as a fire retardant product.

FABRIC | STAINLESS STEEL MESH

Stainless Steel net meshes are produced from 304 or 316-grade stainless wire woven together to produce a mesh similar in handling property to polyethylene knotted mesh. Stainless steel wire mesh is used within a wide variety of industries since it is one of the most common materials for woven wire mesh products besides mild steel and galvanized steel with different properties. A correctly installed net structure should have at least twice the lifespan of a synthetic net (20 years +). There are several uses and benefits stainless steel wire mesh. They have often been used in the field of agriculture, industries as well as sites of construction. Infrastructure projects, commercial sites along with many other residential areas are included in this.

FABRIC | POLYETHYLENE MESH

These nets are known for its excellent resistance to chemicals and its recyclability. These nets are ideal solutions for simple and smaller aviary structures providing cost-effective lightweight solutions for both wall and roof panels. Due to their lightweight nature and the fact that the material can easily be trimmed to size onsite, installation is relatively quick. These meshes are rot and UV resistant. Correctly installed meshes, with a good maintenance programme, could be expected to last up to 10 years in ideal circumstances.
